Job Title: Transaction Processing Specialist

Location: Oklahoma City, OK 

Overview:
Our client is looking for a Transaction Processing Specialist who will be responsible for handling detailed account research and processing, with a focus on garnishments, IRS levies, subpoenas, and other exception-related items. This role requires a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and process all garnishments and IRS levies submitted to the bank

• Collect and compile information for subpoenas and requests from the Legal department

• Cross-train in other Exception Processing areas such as non-posts, overdrafts, and ACH disputes

• Review exception processing work for accuracy and provide assistance when needed

• Complete detailed data entry, apply account holds, assess accounts, and perform research

Qualifications:

• Banking experience strongly preferred; candidates with exposure to the court system (legal assistant, court clerk, etc.) will also be considered

• Stable work history

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfortable with repetitive data entry tasks

• Ability to work independently in a quiet setting

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $18 – $20/hour
