Position: Customer Service
Location: Oklahoma City
Pay Rate: $15/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (possible overtime)
Overview:
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join a great team. In this role, you will support the Customer Service department by handling calls, assisting customers, and performing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and provide professional, friendly assistance to customers
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and direct calls as needed
Perform general administrative duties to support the department
Maintain accurate records and update information systems
Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service delivery
Requirements:
Previous experience in a call center or administrative role is required
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Compensation & Schedule:
$15/hour
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Overtime may be available
