A growing software consultancy is seeking a Lead Software Consultant to guide custom software development projects from concept to launch. This role blends technical consulting, product management, and solutions architecture to deliver high-impact applications—often involving AI—across a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmaps, and technical direction for enterprise clients

• Translate business needs into actionable backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Lead sprint planning, demos, and ongoing client communication

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and project management teams

• Stay up to date on AI trends and guide practical implementations
