Fuse3 Solutions is currently seeking a Citrix Systems Administrator for a growing healthcare organization in Oklahoma City. This full-time, onsite role plays a key part in supporting and maintaining the organization’s Citrix infrastructure—especially as it relates to Epic systems and other core clinical applications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Citrix infrastructure, ensuring system performance, reliability, and security across the organization.

  • Optimize Citrix environments to support Epic applications and other clinical systems.

  • Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to support the availability and performance of virtualized desktops and applications.

  • Implement system improvements, monitor performance, and proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

  • Ensure systems are compliant with IT security standards, regulatory requirements, and healthcare compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH).

  • Serve as a technical mentor to junior IT staff and contribute to ongoing infrastructure strategy and improvements.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5–8 years of Citrix systems administration experience, ideally within a healthcare or clinical environment.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Certifications Preferred: CCA-V, CCP-V, CCA-AppDS.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong background in Citrix management and Epic systems integration

    • Working knowledge of VMware, Nutanix, Dell HCI, Cisco UCS, and Windows Server/Desktop environments

    • Experience with PACS deployments, including VDA and vGPU technologies

    • Familiarity with SAN storage and performance tuning

    • Understanding of healthcare IT compliance standards
