Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Entry/Customer Service Representative to manage customer orders and provide excellent service. This role involves entering orders accurately, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Entry: Accurately enter and process customer orders, including changes or cancellations.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues promptly.
- Order Fulfillment: Collaborate with the warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders.
- Product Knowledge: Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
- High school diploma
- Experience in customer service or order entry.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and order management systems.
Pay range for the position is $18-$20/hour based on experience.
