A growing company is seeking a Director of Business Intelligence to lead its analytics strategy and oversee the development of actionable data insights. This role will manage a team of BI professionals, partner with cross-functional leaders, and ensure data is leveraged to support strategic decision-making, performance tracking, and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s data analytics strategy and roadmap

• Collaborate with business leaders to define KPIs, generate insights, and drive data-informed decisions

• Oversee data collection, governance, reporting, and dashboard creation using tools like Power BI and SQL

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, M&A analysis, and integration support with a focus on automation and speed

• Manage multiple projects and communicate findings clearly to executive stakeholders

• Promote a data-driven culture and continuous improvement in analytics tools and practices

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing analytics team

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in BI or data analytics, with 3+ years in a leadership role

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred)

• Strong experience with Power BI, SQL, and data management technologies

• Proven ability to turn complex data into meaningful business insights

• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Experience with project management and agile methodologies is a plus
