Job Title: Branch Manager – Banking
Location: Oklahoma City & Surrounding Areas
Compensation: $50,000 – $65,000 DOE
A well-established financial institution is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations and deliver outstanding customer service and sales performance. Key Responsibilities:
Direct all daily branch activities to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance
Lead, coach, and develop a team of banking professionals including tellers and personal bankers
Set and exceed branch sales goals by promoting banking products and solutions tailored to customer needs
Build and maintain strong customer relationships; resolve complex service issues with professionalism
Monitor branch cash flow, audits, and operational procedures to maintain compliance and reduce risk
Collaborate with senior leadership on branch strategy, growth initiatives, and process improvements
Provide ongoing training and performance feedback to team members, supporting growth and retention
Requirements:
3+ years of retail banking experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory or leadership role
Proven ability to lead teams and drive results in a sales-focused environment
Strong knowledge of financial products, banking operations, and regulatory guidelines
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CRM tools and banking software platforms
Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
