Job Title: Branch Manager – Banking
Location: Oklahoma City & Surrounding Areas
Compensation: $50,000 – $65,000 DOE

A well-established financial institution is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations and deliver outstanding customer service and sales performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, experienced leader who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and has a strong grasp of retail banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct all daily branch activities to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of banking professionals including tellers and personal bankers

  • Set and exceed branch sales goals by promoting banking products and solutions tailored to customer needs

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships; resolve complex service issues with professionalism

  • Monitor branch cash flow, audits, and operational procedures to maintain compliance and reduce risk

  • Collaborate with senior leadership on branch strategy, growth initiatives, and process improvements

  • Provide ongoing training and performance feedback to team members, supporting growth and retention

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of retail banking experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory or leadership role

  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive results in a sales-focused environment

  • Strong knowledge of financial products, banking operations, and regulatory guidelines

  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM tools and banking software platforms

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
