Key Responsibilities of Customer Support Specialist:
Respond to inbound calls and assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and general questions
Deliver accurate information with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive customer data
Resolve issues with a solutions-focused approach, ensuring a positive customer experience
Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date account records
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and follow-through on customer needs
Requirements of Customer Support Specialist:
At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
Minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience (banking, retail, hospitality, etc.)
Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Proficiency with basic computer systems and customer service software
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications of Customer Support Specialist:
Previous experience in a call center or financial services environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
Compensation: $17–18/hour, depending on experience
