Key Responsibilities of Customer Support Specialist:

  • Respond to inbound calls and assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and general questions

  • Deliver accurate information with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency

  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive customer data

  • Resolve issues with a solutions-focused approach, ensuring a positive customer experience

  • Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date account records

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and follow-through on customer needs

Requirements of Customer Support Specialist:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role

  • Minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience (banking, retail, hospitality, etc.)

  • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and customer service software

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications of Customer Support Specialist:

  • Previous experience in a call center or financial services environment

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus

Compensation: $17–18/hour, depending on experience
