Position: Division Order Tech

Fuse3 Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Division Order Technician to support revenue and ownership processes within an oil and gas environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate ownership records, processing division orders, and ensuring timely and accurate setup of interest owners to support revenue distribution.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain owner records in the system, including interest types, ownership percentages, and payment information
• Review and process division orders, deeds, probate documents, and other ownership-related documentation
• Verify ownership changes and ensure accurate transfer of interests in accordance with supporting documents
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper setup for revenue distribution
• Respond to owner inquiries related to ownership, payments, and account details
• Assist in resolving discrepancies related to ownership or revenue payments
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all ownership records and changes
• Support audits and compliance requirements related to division order activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Energy Management, Accounting, or related field preferred
• Experience in division orders, owner relations, or oil and gas accounting is a plus
• Understanding of basic oil and gas ownership concepts and legal documents
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with industry software (Enertia, WolfePak, OGSYS, Quorum, etc.)
