This role will oversee end-to-end project delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless integration between business operations and IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise application projects, including ERP implementation, upgrades, and integrations.
- Oversee website and web application development initiatives — from concept through deployment — ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage vendor relationships, software partners, and implementation consultants.
- Ensure project governance, documentation, and change management processes are followed.
- Evaluate and improve application performance, scalability, and security.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and finance teams to streamline workflows and optimize system usage.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business leadership to translate functional needs into system solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in IT project management or application delivery, with at least 3 years managing ERP implementations.
- Experience overseeing website or web application development projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
- PMP certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
