Cloud Architect

Fuse3 Solutions is working with a highly reputable Oklahoma City company to hire a Cloud Architect. This is a direct-hire, hybrid role offering $125K–$140K, excellent benefits, and the chance to work on diverse, challenging projects in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Responsibilities of the Cloud Architect:

• Lead the design and direction of the company’s technical infrastructure architecture, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term business goals.

• Collaborate across IT and business teams to develop strategic infrastructure plans, technology roadmaps, and modernization initiatives.

• Evaluate new technologies and legacy systems to identify performance improvements, cost efficiencies, and opportunities for innovation.

• Oversee infrastructure configurations, ensuring reliability, compliance, and adherence to governance and security standards.

• Conduct assessments and testing to validate system performance, capacity, and optimization.

• Partner with vendors to review contracts, evaluate solutions, and recommend tools or platforms that strengthen system capabilities.

• Mentor and guide technical staff, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the infrastructure team.

Qualifications of the Cloud Architect:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

• 7+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, systems architecture, or related disciplines.

• Proven ability to design, implement, and support enterprise infrastructure environments across hybrid or cloud ecosystems.

• Strong understanding of security frameworks, system configuration standards, and governance best practices.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple technical projects simultaneously.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive, collaborative approach.

• Strong communication and documentation abilities, with the ability to translate technical insights into business value.
  
  
   

  Salary Range of Cloud Architect: $125,000 - 140,000 / depending on experience
