Position: Contract Talent Partner

Summary:
Fuse3 Solutions is partnered with a well-known healthcare organization to help find a Talent Partner to cover a leave on a contract basis. This will be a 2–3-month assignment. The Talent Partner is responsible for managing the full recruitment process to attract and hire top talent. This role partners closely with hiring managers to deliver strong candidate pipelines and ensure a positive experience for all parties. Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates to match business needs.
• Present qualified talent to hiring managers and guide the selection process.
• Manage job offers, onboarding steps, and internal transfer requests.
• Build strong relationships with leaders and provide regular updates.
• Represent the company at career fairs and recruiting events.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 1+ year of recruiting or HR experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; Workday and healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
