Network & Infrastructure Engineer
Fuse3 Solutions is partnering with a reputable organization in the Oklahoma City metro to hire a Network & Infrastructure Engineer. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity for a hands-on technical professional experienced in enterprise networking, system infrastructure, and IT operations.
Key Responsibilities of Network & Infrastructure Engineer:

Support and manage enterprise network infrastructure, including Cisco switches, routers, VPNs, firewalls, and wireless systems.

Assist with the maintenance and optimization of virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V) and physical network cabling/fiber.

Monitor system and network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime, reliability, and security compliance.

Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to implement and maintain hardware, software, and connectivity solutions.

Provide system-level support, including user access management, hardware installation, and OS-level troubleshooting.

Maintain detailed documentation for network topology, configurations, and change requests, following structured change control processes.

Coordinate network-related deployments, scheduled maintenance, and incident response efforts alongside security and operations teams.
Qualifications of Network & Infrastructure Engineer:

2+ years of experience supporting enterprise networks and IT systems in a hybrid infrastructure role.

Strong grasp of core networking concepts and protocols (L2/L3, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, QoS, DNS, IPSEC, etc.).

Hands-on experience with Cisco environments (Core Switches, ASRs, AnyConnect, ISE, SecureID, Meraki).

Exposure to Palo Alto firewalls, Barracuda load balancers, and Zoom Administration is a plus.

Familiarity with system administration tasks, security monitoring, and virtualization technologies.

Excellent communication skills, proactive troubleshooting ability, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or equivalent experience preferred.
Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 depending on experience.
